ArtWorks Partners with Elephant Ensemble Theater to Launch New Tour of Theatrical Production, The Busy Little Bee, at Healthcare Facilities Throughout New York and New Jersey
ArtWorks is collaborating with Elephant Ensemble Theater, a company devoted to bringing free children’s theater to hospitals and clinics, to bring the production of The Busy Little Bee to 8 healthcare facilities throughout the New York metropolitan area.
The Busy Little Bee tells the story of a lazy worker bee who is forced to venture out of her hive to pollinate a flower. Through the little bee’s journey, children learn the importance of honey bees for the environment, and interesting facts about her fellow insect friends, who also teach their audience simple words and phrases in five different languages. The Busy Little Bee emphasizes the importance of work ethic, good friends, and how small efforts make a big difference in the world at large.
