Karyne likes to create art whenever she has free time. She enjoys using oil pastels and regular paint in her artwork. Karyne shares that she has used art in tough times. "When I'm at school and my teacher gets mad, I turn to my book and start drawing."
A proud 8th grader, Karyne shares that some of the big moments in her life so far include the birth of her new baby cousin, her little sister turning one and her recent fun summer vacation.
Karyne describes an average day in her life: "First I wake up and go to my mother and wake her up with my stinky breath. Then I brush my teeth and take a bath. Then I eat my breakfast. Then I sweep the floor and I start my day."
It is important to Karyne that people know she is smart, pretty, cool and fun loving and loves to be with people, make them laugh and create art.
